A heavy sensation

I don't know if it is because I know what I am feeling this time or what, but my uterus is feeling very heavy. It is getting more and more uncomfortable to lay on my back. I can really feel my uterus popping out, which worries my a little because I am only 13 weeks along. What does this mean.....?
